A veteran of the Vietnam war, he made his career serving in the United States Army for 26 years and was awarded the Purple Heart, Bronze Star, Soldier's medal, and countless honors throughout his military service. In 1987 he retired from the Army in Lawton, Oklahoma and entered... Lois Elaine Parker, 84, of Modesto, California passed away December 20, 2017. She was born in Morris, Oklahoma on January 19, 1933.
